Each player uses their cell phone to connect to the mobile application and embark on the adventure.
A short tutorial integrated into the mobile application allows players to understand the objectives and intuitive operation of the activity in just a few seconds.
Each player will be asked to complete numerous challenges with at least 12 different people, thus encouraging interaction. These challenges include: riddles, suggested discussion topics, amusing role-playing scenarios, acts of generosity, creation of short, funny and sometimes touching videos, and much more.

How much does an icebreaker activity cost for your Christmas party?
Christmas Cocktail costs $33 / person (€24 / person). In addition to being more affordable than a traditional entertainment service, the Christmas Cocktail event is completely self-contained.

Send us six photos from the past year — a product launch, a celebration, a staff party, Halloween at the office. We hide them inside the game, and your guests unlock them as they take on challenges.
It is optional, and it costs nothing extra.
HIGHLIGHT VIDEO DELIVERED IN 90 MINUTES
Videos and augmented-reality photos are captured throughout the activity. 90 minutes after the event, the organizer will receive your recap video, allowing you to share the results of your efforts on a large screen.
FAQ
How long does the activity last?
45 to 60 minutes. Run it early and it launches the party rather than interrupting it: your guests will have enjoyed making new connections before anyone sits down to eat.
Does everyone need their own phone?
Most use their own device. That said, if someone would rather not use theirs — or is not comfortable with the technology — they stay in the game: the people around them bring them along, they join the exchanges and turn up in the photos, like everyone else.
Where can the activity take place?
In the same room you have set aside for your celebration. Christmas Cocktail fits any setting, tinsel or no tinsel. Wi-Fi makes things smoother but is not required — the game falls back to cellular data, and we check your venue’s coverage with you beforehand. Plan for a screen or projector too, if you want to show the highlight video before the evening ends.
Is there anything to set up beforehand?
A little, and we send you the steps: QR codes to print and hide around the room, instruction sheets to hand out, and a few craft supplies on the tables — tape, pens, paper, scissors. Fifteen minutes is enough, using what you already have at the office.
Is there a minimum number of guests?
Ten is enough, and the game stretches to a thousand. With a smaller group the evening is simply more intimate — the game loses none of its creativity or its fun.
When is the highlight video delivered?
Within 90 minutes of the activity ending, straight to the organizer’s inbox. Early enough to screen it before the party winds down, if you feel like it.
Can we book at the last minute?
Yes. Unlike our team building adventures, which need three to four weeks of preparation, a Christmas Cocktail comes together in a few days — the time it takes to sign the contract and pay.
Do we need to arrange a facilitator?
No. A facilitator with a microphone means one conversation for the whole room; the game starts dozens at once. Someone from your organization takes the floor for a minute to set things going — long enough to welcome everyone and invite them to seek out the colleagues they know least. After that the game takes over: instructions, challenges, progress.
And if anyone gets stuck, there is nobody to go looking for: every instruction sheet carries a QR code that opens a direct conversation with our team. We follow the session live, and we are still there when the highlight video goes out. So your organizer can spend the evening with their colleagues instead of managing it.
