From a small team of 10 to a large group of 1,000, we run group activities at every scale. They are designed to be accessible to everyone: players walk 2 to 3 km at their own pace, and nobody is disadvantaged by their physical condition.

All our themes are offered in French and in English, and can even bring bilingual teams together within a single event. Nobody is left out, whatever language your divisions work in.
Multi-site activities, with no travel costs
Your different offices, plants or branches can experience the same event at the same time, with no travel or accommodation costs. Each team needs to be gathered at its own starting point, but the teams themselves can be in different cities — or different countries. A shared leaderboard brings them together, and the highlight video gathers footage from every site, complete with maps.
No venue to book
No venue to book, nothing to install on site. Our outdoor adventures use the space you already have around you — easier on your budget, and on your mind.

Customized to your organization
Every one of our team building adventures carries a full customization process. This isn’t simply about adding your logo to the results page: your places, your people and your stories go straight to the heart of the scenario. A web page built for your organization, photos and videos shot at your offices, testimony recorded with collaborators recruited from your own ranks.
In The Missing Player, for instance, a senior member of your organization is let in on the plan and plays the victim. A handful of photos and videos is all it takes: players recognize your offices in a customized news bulletin, then the victim’s own family photos. And as the game unfolds, the more wrong answers a team piles up, the worse their condition becomes in the app.
We produce everything. Your part: a few photos, two or three inside collaborators, and a secret kept until the day itself.
Even your organizer gets to play
At most corporate events, the person who organizes doesn’t take part — they manage. Here, once the start signal is given, our team takes over: watching the game, answering participants’ questions, editing the video. The organizer joins a team and plays. Near the end, we message them how many teams are still out and roughly when everyone will be back — just enough to plan the rest of the day.

Where our activities take place
Our challenges aren’t designed for one specific place — that’s what lets the activity run just about anywhere. It’s the teams who work with the terrain: the same challenge is never solved the same way in an urban park, a dense downtown or a resort setting. It’s also what lets us work without travelling. Our activities run across Quebec, Canada, the United States and Europe — our physical presence isn’t required on the day of your event, and no travel costs are billed to you. THE MISSING PLAYER
A member of your organization has been kidnapped by a criminal known as “The Goalie”. To save them, you and your team will have to pass yourselves off as criminals and get recruited by his gang. Be ready to show courage, cooperation… and no fear of looking ridiculous in this decidedly unusual rescue operation.
THE PROPHECY
A dire prophecy involving your organization is about to come true. To turn the tide, you’ll need to gather your employees at a location set by the alignment of the stars, get through physical trials, deliver heartfelt testimony and solve cognitive challenges. Icebreaker activities — for your happy hours and office parties
SAFARI COCKTAIL
Using a simple, intuitive mobile app, your guests take on challenges that push them to connect with one another. The augmented-reality photos and videos captured during the event are delivered in a highlight video at the end of the activity. Halfway between a photo safari and a photobooth, discover the rare species hiding among your colleagues.

The staging begins long before your event
At Kronos Experience, what happens before and after matters as much as the activity itself.
Seven to ten days before the event, your employees start receiving signals: a teaser video, a newspaper article, a web page customized to your organization. Nobody knows quite what’s coming, and that’s exactly the effect. The buzz builds in the hallways before the activity has even begun — so when the day arrives, your teams show up already invested.
Then comes the after: the highlight video, delivered 2 to 3 hours later, which extends the experience for weeks inside the organization. It’s this work upstream and downstream, invisible on a price list, that separates a memorable activity from an ordinary team afternoon.

In which cities are your activities offered?
Across Canada, the United States, Europe and beyond. Although these are in-person activities, our physical presence isn’t required on the day of your event — so no travel costs are ever billed to you. We stay with you throughout the day, from a distance.
Is an on-site facilitator required?
No — and that’s what changes everything. The activity is fully turnkey: participants are guided from start to finish by the mobile app and by a realistic scenario carried by characters in audio narration. That’s exactly what lets us deliver anywhere, with no travel costs, and at a lower cost than a traditional facilitation service.
On your side, one person coordinates — and our proven process equips them completely, for very little work on their part.
And once the activity starts, that person can join a team and play. Our team takes over completely: we watch the flow, answer questions, and make sure the event lands.
How involved will we be in the organizing?
The split is clear: we prepare the experience, you prepare your people. Expect one or two coordination meetings of 30 to 60 minutes, which set the working schedule. On your end, after that: fill out a short web form, form the teams, share some information with your team by email, print an instruction sheet, and join a final validation meeting a few days before the event. Nothing else.
How many participants can an activity accommodate?
From 10 to 1,000 people can take part in our team building events and our icebreaker activities.
For outdoor team building: teams of 3 to 6 participants. The activity runs 90 minutes — allow 2 hours in the schedule — and an average walk of 2 to 3 km that each team takes at its own pace. Physical condition is never what decides success or failure in our adventures.
For an indoor icebreaker running 45 to 60 minutes, the size of the venue decides: your guests need to move around freely to meet one another. Do also check cellular coverage with your venue, particularly in basements and windowless rooms.
Can an activity be held in winter?
Yes, in any season. We favour the outdoors even in cold weather — that’s where our activities are at their best. If your team prefers to be indoors, The Missing Player transposes easily to a large covered space: a shopping centre or an underground city, for example.
Can teams from several cities take part in the same activity?
Yes. The activity can run simultaneously across several sites — branches, cities, countries. Each team needs to be physically gathered at its own starting point, but the teams themselves can be anywhere. A shared leaderboard brings everyone together, and the highlight video gathers footage from players at every site, complete with maps. No travel costs.
How much does a team building activity cost?
Our icebreaker activities are priced per person. Our team building adventures follow a flat rate according to group size :

- then a per-person rate beyond 100.
