coordination meeting
Meeting with our project manager to establish the important dates of the work schedule and to discuss each step in detail.
Complete web forms
This web form allows us to collect the necessary information to personalize your activity (logo, photos, etc.)
Create teams
The team list must be submitted to us no later than 14 days prior to the event. The final invoice will be sent to you at the same moment. If the number of participants differs from that specified in the contract, the invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
To make things easier for you, we’ll send you a team list that you can edit directly online.
Email to employees
You will need to send 2 emails to all participants before your event:
Newspaper article
The first email you send to your employees includes the URL of web page # 1, where they learn that their company is being targeted by a criminal organization.
We recommend this first mailing 7 to 10 days before your team-building activity.
TACTICAL FORCES
All the evidence suggests that someone from your organization will be kidnapped in the next 48 hours. So prepare for the worst!
The purpose of this page is to give participants an overview of their upcoming mission, who they’ll be paired with and what they’ll need on the day of the event.
Team building
To be planned BEFORE the activity.
- Have extra paper and pencils available
- Have printed out (one per team) the “Instructions to Team Leaders” document.
- Have a copy of the team list on hand just in case.

THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
- Show your employees the 2 PRE-TEAM BUILDING VIDEOS (these videos can be streamed directly from your personalized web page).
- Once the players are familiar with the videos and instructions, give them time to prepare:
- Dress appropriately for the weather
- Wear sports equipment
- Bring paper, pencil and water bottle
- Distribute the copies of the “Instructions to Team Leaders ». Remind them of the importance of reading the front AND back in the presence of other team members.
- Game duration: 90 minutes
- Average walking distance: 2 to 3 kilometers
- Cell phones: only one per team
BEST OF VIDEO
You’ve become real heroes! You’re all over the news. KRONOS Media has prepared a special report on your rescue operation. Video length: between 12 and 20 minutes.
The souvenir video will be emailed to you at the time scheduled during the coordination meeting.
We need a minimum of 3 hours after your team building activity to complete the video and send it to you. We will respect the work schedule established beforehand.
Post mortem
Post-mortem meeting to be scheduled to discuss the event and confirm that objectives have been achieved.
